Rotary oven control panel upgrade for a leading cake/ biscuit manufacturer in Scotland.
Original panel was in a poor state , no electrical drawings and the parts were no longer available .
We have upgraded the panel with a PLC / HMI and have installed a Eurotherm EPC 2000 to control the oven using 20 programs for different products.
The customer was very happy with the results and commissioned us to upgrade all 5 of their ovens .

We were asked to design and build a control system for measuring out syrup from 3 tanks and deliver it to a mixing vessel .
Using 3 Endress and hauser flow meters , we successfully installed a PLC control panel to control the pumps and valves and an HMI for the operators to use and enter in the desired value of syrup.
